What we measure... and what we do not claim
Our named enemy is the tick-box. So we are careful about what the measurement actually supports.

- We measure what participants can actually answer per topic, not how many clicked through a course.
- Labeled evidence strength
- Thin data and small samples are labeled indicative instead of being presented as evidence for the whole organization.
- Self-report kept separate
- Perceived confidence and engagement are reported separately from tested knowledge. They are never blended into a single capability score.
- Privacy by design
- Aggregated team and organization signals, minimal personal data and no individual ranking lists.
