You probably have many questions and we have the answers
Everything you wonder about Patchpoint: how it works, why it works and the value we actually create is here
Yes... that is the whole point! No two organizations look the same, and that is why neither do our training efforts. Before each engagement, we carry out a needs and risk mapping that guides the content, examples and exercises. Every engagement is therefore shaped around your industry, day-to-day reality, digital environment and business goals.
No. Quite the opposite. Patchpoint is built for anyone, not just technicians. We start from everyday situations, decisions and habits that people already have, and show how small adjustments can make a big difference for security. That does not mean we simplify the risks away, we make them understandable.
We cover a broad repertoire including: • Phishing, fraud and social manipulation • Secure email, passwords and identities • Data protection and accountability (GDPR/NIS2 - interpreted for humans) • Security culture and habits in teams • AI risks in everyday tools The goal is for participants to feel: "I can implement this tomorrow already."
Yes. We deliver training in both Swedish and English, and adapt language, examples and pace in real time to the participant level.
We measure it → before, during and after. Unlike traditional training that stops at “completed”, we use interactive exercises and follow-up to see what actually sticks and changes. In short: you get more than a feeling, you get full insight into what changes, how it changes and why.
We see security as a human skill, not a rulebook with checklists. Through dialogue, recognition and interactive elements, we create engagement without finger-pointing or blame.
All content is tailored with the help of RiskLens, our analysis and contextualization engine that ensures the training reflects your actual threat landscape. 1. Identifies exposed information and data leaks connected to your organization. 2. Analyzes your public digital footprint, including social media. 3. Maps historical and current attack patterns that your business is most often exposed to.
Privacy is a prerequisite, not an add-on. We work according to *privacy by design*: data minimization, purpose limitation and transparency. That means we only collect the data required to deliver and follow up the training, never more. When we use external threat analysis (for example open sources), it happens at a public and aggregated level, without links to individuals. We build security culture without compromising trust.
Yes! We currently offer pilot sessions that also act as a way to measure your current level of security while letting you see exactly what effect our approach has.
